Songbird Ammara Brown disappointed her siblings Chengeto and Alex Brown who she was supposed to share the stage with for the first time last week as she mysteriously lost her voice and was unable to perform.
The three siblings, who recently lost their sister Shahla under unclear circumstances, have found solace in music as they look to keep the flame of the rich Brown musical legacy burning.
Chengeto and Alex, both of who had been based in the United States have recently relocated to Zimbabwe where they have begun showing off their own musical talents.
Alex, a 20-year-old guitarist who shared the stage with Andy on his last international gig in Sweden, is now performing with prodigious multi instrument playing sister Chengeto, who is also 20 years old.
Ammara this week revealed that she was disappointed to be unable to partner her younger siblings, as her voice had suddenly deserted her, as she appealed to fans to give her remedies for voice problems that had worked on them.
a?This is supposed to be my first show with Chengeto and Alex Brown. But my voice is gone. Anyone got any remedies that will work in time for tomorrow?a? she wrote on her Facebook page.
The trio had been scheduled to appear together last Friday at Harareas Book CafA, but the two younger Brown siblings had to go it alone as their sisteras famed voice deserted them.
The songbird revealed that she was recovering and her voice had got better as she hoped to hit the stage again soon.
