A BIOTECHNOLOGIST, Vimbai Chizarura, whose passion for writing is undying, is working on her second book Unfeigned Love.
Her first book was titled The Price of Loyalty and it tackled issues of loyalty in relationships.
The 32-year-old told H- Metro, that she is excited about the second book more than her first one.
“Not that I don’t appreciate the art that I did on the first one and each time I am writing I got this excitement I can’t explain.
“I am looking forward to the book publishing and the launch as well soon which will be early next year,” she said.
Chizarura said the book centres on one particular character, who is called Tamika.
“Tamika has got different life experiences which are heart-wrenching and amazing and some of them are just something else which have something to do with love.
“So, this Tamika going question met different people through the communicator, possessive people, other ones who were a narcissist
“It goes on and on she then decides how to choose herself and eventually love will find her.”
She says the book is going to be a must-read for all book lovers.
Chizarura was inspired to write Unfeigned Love by unfortunate love experiences.
“It made me question if there is anyone who really does offer unfeigned love.
“Unfeigned love in other words is like undying love.
“In my mind I thought no one else is willing to offer unfeigned love if not God.
“So, first of all, if you are going to expect undying love from people, you are most probably going to be disappointed because none of anyone’s performance will ever meet your expectation for undying love.
“However, as we meet different life challenges and love etc, you choose the challenges you can keep up with,” added Chizarura.
She said there are some challenges one can never keep up with.
“For example, some women have to stay up with men who cheat. Some stay with men who are never there and who never show up.
“So, I guess, unfeigned love is not to do with finding yourself in God and finding your joy in God and trying to strike a balance in everything else regarding relationships,” said Chizarura.
She said the novel has a few stories about some of her experiences and some of the things that she saw people experiencing.
“So, I am trying to round up this book. I was supposed to finish it this year but something came up and I got really busy, but I am hoping early next year.
“The book will be launched early next year.”
