BULAWAYO residents should prepare for a cool and mostly cloudy Sunday, with weather forecasters predicting isolated showers in some parts of the city.

According to AccuWeather, Bulawayo is expected to experience mostly cloudy conditions throughout the day, with the possibility of a few light showers. Temperatures are forecast to reach a daytime high of about 18°C, while overnight temperatures could drop to around 8°C.

Forecasters say the cool conditions are typical of the winter season currently being experienced across much of the country. Residents are advised to dress warmly, particularly during the early morning and evening periods when temperatures are expected to be at their lowest.

The Meteorological outlook suggests that while winter mornings and nights will remain cold, residents can expect generally dry and sunny conditions for most of the coming week.
