Cash Kontant huh! Focalistic, Jah Master, Mzoe7 set to electrify Gwanda

THE Phoenix Tshisanyama in Gwanda will be the place to be this weekend, as the highly anticipated Shorts and Shades event takes centre stage on Saturday.

The event is set to be headlined by popular South African rapper Focalistic, trending with his Cash Kontant challenge on TikTok. Local stars Jah Master, Mzoe7, and Kaykid UmfanomSotho will also perform, adding to the excitement.

Focalistic’s growing influence on social media, along with Mzoe7’s hit “Amalanga Awafani,” which is sitting at number five in the Channel O top 20 Countdown, has fans eager for an unforgettable experience.

Mzoe7, who has a strong fan base in Gwanda, expressed his excitement for the event, promising something special for the crowd.
“I love Gwanda people and they have always shown me much love, so I need to do something special for them this time around. I’m really looking forward to it,” he said.

The event whose gates open at 4pm, will feature DJ Keitho, DJ Virus, and Black Operator on the decks, while Freddy K will serve as the host.
With Gwanda rapidly becoming a hub for exciting events, this show is set to further boost domestic tourism, attracting visitors from various towns and highlighting the region’s young talent.
