Most resolutions, emanating from individuals’ performances in the previous year/years, have included exercising more regularly, eating a healthier diet and saving more money. But these changes, which require sustained motivation and the ability to resist immediate rewards in favour of long-term benefits, have in most cases been hard to adopt.
But, local celebrities and personalities are optimistic that their resolutions, which they believe are achievable, will come to pass.
