DYNAMOS coach, Aristica Cioaba, says commitment and unity are key elements for Dynamos to succeed during his time at the club.
Cioaba and his coaching staff travelled on the same bus as the players to Rufaro for the league match against Simba Bhora.
Yesterday, he also travelled with the squad on the team bus to Zvishavane ahead of their league assignment with FC Platinum this afternoon.
“It is important for the team to have a strong bond, players need to understand and trust each other on and off the field of play…the spirit of brotherhood is important,” he said.
“If we have unity, we can win games, which is very important, especially as the league enters the home stretch and Cup competitions come.
“When we are teammates, we are family and this is the mentality we need to have as a team.”
Dynamos are in third position on the log standings with 41 points.
“It is important that we maintain good form, and the way to do that is when there is mutual understanding and respect in the team,” the coach said.
“That unity in the team will allow us to focus on the bigger picture and our target as a club.
“As a team, we should also understand that it is about respecting and representing the badge, so we need to work together, support each other and give it our all when we step on the pitch.”
