Community service for assault

Prosecutor Ms Tafadzwa Makwande said that on January 29 this year at around 8pm in St Mary’s, Nyamhanza approached Denhere’s landlord Jonathan Chadyiwa seeking to borrow some money.
Denhere was in the bedroom with his landlord when Nyamhanza approached them.
He demanded to know what Nyamhanza sought in the house.
After sensing danger, Nyamhanza got out of the house.
Denhere followed him and started assaulting him.
Nyamhanza took to his heels to avoid further assault.
Denhere grabbed an empty beer bottle and struck him on the head.
He was injured.
Denhere was restrained by his landlord.
