Sunday News Reporter

Thulani Ndlovu, a prominent tuckshop owner and district coordinator for the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC), has vanished without a trace, leaving his business and property behind.

The sudden disappearance has left the community in shock and raised concerns about his safety and well-being.

Mr. Ndlovu, known for his active involvement in political activism, had been fervently campaigning for the CCC’s candidate, Pashor Raphael Sibanda, who is running against Finance Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube in the upcoming elections.

The disappearance has prompted speculation about potential political motives behind his sudden absence.

Neighbours, who have grown increasingly worried about Mr. Ndlovu’s whereabouts, revealed that he had previously been targeted by Zanu-PF activists. Speaking on condition of anonymity, one neighbour disclosed that Mr. Ndlovu had confided in colleagues about feeling unsafe for himself and his three children in the days leading up to his disappearance.

“I remember him telling us about the attacks he had faced, and how he feared for his life and the safety of his family,” the neighbour said. “He was a brave man, but his concern was evident. We never expected him to just vanish like this.”

Adding to the mystery surrounding Mr. Ndlovu’s disappearance, unknown individuals have been seen visiting his residence, apparently searching for him. The unexplained visits have only heightened concerns among the close-knit community, who had come to rely on Mr. Ndlovu’s tuckshop as a central hub of their daily lives.

The CCC, in a statement released today, expressed deep concern over Mr. Ndlovu’s disappearance and called for a thorough investigation into his case. They emphasized the need for his safe return and urged the relevant authorities to prioritize the search efforts.

Local law enforcement agencies have yet to make any official statements regarding the investigation into Mr. Ndlovu’s disappearance. The community, however, remains hopeful that swift action will be taken to uncover the truth behind his sudden vanishing.

As Cowdray Park awaits answers, the unsettling question lingers: What happened to Thulani Ndlovu, the tuckshop owner, devoted father, and passionate political activist who vanished without a trace, leaving behind a community longing for his safe return?
