DEADLOCK AT Gamecocks, Yadah trade blows in first half thriller

Fungai Muderere at Luveve Stadium

IT’S all square at Luveve Stadium as Chicken Inn and Yadah Stars head into the break locked at 1–1 in a sizzling Castle Lager Premier Soccer League clash.

Yadah stunned the home crowd when midfield maestro King Nadolo unleashed a rocket in the 23rd minute, leaving Gamecocks’ newly promoted number one, Aaron Ngwenya, rooted to the spot.
The early blow rattled Chicken Inn, who looked shaky in the aftermath as Yadah pressed for a second.

But just when it seemed the visitors were tightening their grip, up stepped Walter Vuwa. Soaring like a hawk, he powered home a textbook header from a pinpoint George Majika cross, sending the Luveve faithful into a frenzy.
With both sides creating chances and tempers flaring in the middle of the park, the second half promises fireworks.
