A 25-YEAR-OLD woman was sentenced to two years in jail after a brutal assault over a measly $6 debt turned into a bone-cracking brawl!

The fiery clash went down on March 1, 2025, at Forester J Farm in Guruve, when the 49-year-old victim showed up at the offender’s doorstep to collect what she was owed. Things spiraled out of control when the debtor handed over a *US$50 note* but *demanded instant change—only to be told, *”Not right now!”

In a fit of rage, the younger woman allegedly grabbed the victim’s hand and twisted her ring finger so hard it SNAPPED! Doctors confirmed the gruesome injury—a fractured finger—leaving the court no choice but to throw the book at her.

Guruve Magistrate Court slapped her with a *2-year sentence, but chopped off 6 months on suspension. That means **18 months in the slammer* to rethink her violent ways!

The National Prosecuting Authority slammed the attack, warning Zimbabweans: “Settle your debts like adults—not like street fighters!”
