Decent start for Orange Bowl duo

The golfers first took part in the Doral Junior championships from December 21 to 24, before the festive break.
They returned to the field of play for the second tournament yesterday.
Krog impressed in the first event as he managed to make it to the third round, which was the consolation division.
The golfers went to the United States on merit that they are leading the 2011 Zimbabwe Junior Golf Union order of merit.
Hudson only managed to make it in the first two rounds where he failed to make the cut but has shown improvement in the current event.
Hudson goes into today’s second round sitting on position 32 while Krog is tied on 53.
Hudson carded a three over score 74 after the first round which teed off yesterday.
The young golfer, playing against the world’s top junior golfers, may go all the way to impress in the championship division if he maintains his good form.
Hudson goes into today’s round tied with Juan Yumar of Venezuela, Johan Werge of Mexico, Hunter O’Mahony of Tequste Florida, Joon Hyeong Jeon of Korea, Copper Musselman of Louisville and Chilean Cristobel Del Solar.
The par 71 – 6 742 yards Biltimore Golf Course is proving challenging for the Chapman Club champion Krog as he is likely to be eliminated before the next round tomorrow.
The small field of 64 golfers will need the Zimbabwean golfer to improve as Krog is sitting on a six-over par score 77.
