DeMbare slip into Confed Cup

“We were rushing to finish our efforts.
“I think we were attacking well but we failed to kill them off.
“At times a player would rush to score instead of passing to a team-mate who was better positioned,” said Pasuwa.
Dynamos drew 1-1 after Denver Mukamba’s effort evened the contest after a strike by Khaled Ayari in the 48th minute.
“Today we played better that in the first leg in Tunisia.
“Some of the youngsters were too anxious although I had told them that this is the Champions League and they had to be strong.
“It was a learning process for us and we can still hope to do well in the Caf Confederation Cup. But still it’s the continental competition and they still have to be strong,” said Pasuwa.
Dynamos will know their opponents in the Caf draw scheduled for tomorrow. 
Esperance assistant manager, Christopher Moulin, said the African champions struggled with their game in the first half and could have lost the tie.
“We knew that this game was going to be very difficult for us since we were going to use the artificial turf.
“Our players are used to natural grass and we left four players who played in the first leg, including Youseff (Mskani). The idea was to give some of the players, who had been on the fringes, a chance to compete for positions while we rested some of the key players,” said Moulin.
Moulin said Dynamos could have made life difficult for them in the first half after dominating for large periods.
“Dynamos players dominated in the first half as they created better scoring chances than us. Even their midfielders and the wingbacks were better than us.
“We also picked three yellow cards during this game and it’s a huge setback for us as we play in the next stages.
“Our players have been finalists before and we won last year.
“So the idea is to go once again and defend the title. We have just finished,” said Moulin.
The Swiss believes the Zambian duo of Arthur Kasoleki and Derick Kabwe were good players.
“I saw those two Zambians showing a lot of promise. But I must admit that Dynamos gave us a hard time because we are used to winning matches and not fending off attacks like we did in the first half,” he said.
