Do what you want with me: Malema

According to the report, Malema vowed his ideas would live on, even if he was expelled from the African National Congress.

“When they expel us the idea is out there. We must condition ourselves that we will not back down,” Malema told Youth League followers in Naledi in Soweto on Thursday.
Malema said his suspension was driven by those in the ANC opposed to the Youth League’s radical policy proposals.

Malema and five other ANCYL leaders were found guilty and sanctioned by the ANC’s national disciplinary committee three weeks ago. He was given a five-year suspension and told to vacate his position as president.

Malema filed an appeal against the suspension. — Sapa.
