intimacy with the woman.
Vladimir Rajkovic (55) is also accused of taking pornographic pictures of the woman, inserting an artificial male organ into the woman’s private parts at gunpoint.
The psychiatrist on Monday appeared at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts charged with aggravated indecent assault and charges of pointing a gun at the woman.
Magistrate Mr Clever Tsikwa remanded the doctor out of custody to July 21 on US$100 bail.
He was ordered to report to the police once a week at Harare Central Police Station and not to interfere with State witnesses and police investigations.
He should continue residing at his given address until finalisation of the matter.
Appearing for the State, Mr Nathaniel Chigoro alleges that on June 7 this year Rajkovic met the woman at the Corner of Baines Avenue and Sixth Street and hired her for sex.
According to the agreement, the woman was to get US$45 for the service, it is alleged.
They went to Rajkovic’s flat along Baines Avenue where the woman was allegedly drugged with a drink before the two became intimate.
It is alleged that Rajkovic forcibly inserted an artificial male organ into the woman’s private parts before taking pictures.
The court further heard that Rajkovic later phoned his friend inviting him to bring his dog for intimacy with the woman for US$300.
According to the State, Rajkovic had not agreed with the woman on the act.
The woman reportedly vehemently refused to have sex with a dog, prompting Rajkovic to draw out his gun before chasing her.
The woman went to the police where she reported the case leading to Rajkovic’s arrest.
Police recovered a camera and a pistol, which are now being held as exhibits.
