THERE is no doubt that you have heard about him, some have even seen him in person, while others took time to wash their hands after a handshake with him. In short, you all know about him. His popularity has gone beyond the boundaries of this country even though many still doubt the authenticity of his godliness. Like I have said before, Yours Truly has a strong Christian background and does not poke fun in questioning the genuineness of the so-called men and women of God in our midst.
Neither do I derive any joy in denigrating the public status of revered “anointed” men and women of God.
But the scribe in me leaves me without a choice, but duty bound to observe and criticise the behaviour of some of the spiritual leaders we ought to all look up to for moral and religious guidance.
Hence the question, does he ever wear shoes and if does not, why?
We have seen him on the goggle box, sweating out, imparting the word of life to congregants, without shoes.
We have seen him on the streets of different towns, attracting huge crowds, again without wearing shoes.
Just like Yours Truly, you must have seen him officiating at this popular musician’s daughter wedding, again without shoes, but putting on his trademark sandals.
Though I can be forgiven because I am African, I do want to sound superstitious, but can someone especially among those that would die for him because they strongly believe in his teachings, tell me why he never puts on shoes even when common sense seems to dictate that sandals do not fit for some occasions.
BLABBER was left shell shocked this week when news filtered through that this popular taxi driver caught his wife pants down.
Yes, I mean this red-lipped taxi driver who only stops smoking when he is eating, sleeping or bathing.
Word reaching Blabber is that after coming face to face with his wife’s shenanigans, our poor bozo descended on the poor lady like a sledge hammer, giving her a good hiding using all that he could lay his hands on.
Sadly, Blabber is told that the poor soul breathed her last understandably owing to injuries sustained after the assault.
Gentle reader, Yours Truly is not there to judge lest he would be judged, but like I said before, I am duty bound to relay it as is and so shall it be.
Keep well!
