A LOCAL church leader has been conferred with a Professorship in Psychology.
Apostle Benjamin Joseph Murata of New Life Pentecostal church, who is also the director of Pure Gold Housing Trust and Security, received the award from JIAZO Bible College University Vice Chancellor Professor Isaac Silumbu of Zambia.
“Dr Murata holds more than 15 qualifications and certifications in various disciplines and categories.
“He is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Degree, Masters in Christian Business Administration, Doctor of Philosophy in Church Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology.
“He is an author of 20 books.
“In addition to scholarly publications, he founded and leads successful companies and denominations, a church with branches throughout Zimbabwe.
“For this reason, a Distinguished Professor in Psychology is deservedly awarded to Dr Benjamin Joseph Murata, now Professor Benjamin Joseph Murata,” said Prof Silumbu.
