A dream is something that we are willing to work towards and determined to manifest, just like a goal. Successful people also dream, they see the future and make a series of practical steps to reach those dreams.
Leaders are dreamers often branded to be the leaders of today and tomorrow, young people who are inspired to turn ideas into action through passion and commitment. For a dream to come true to reality, there are ups and downs, twists and turns, detours and digressions. Some are triggered by professional and personal events. A true leader does not live in a world of fantasy but rather does things practically and realistically.
Every leader goes through passages, significant or even transformative personal and professional life experiences. Some passages are positive, others are upsetting and even damaging. What makes a good leader great are the trials and tribulations of failure. The lessons learned from confronting fears and uncertainty and experiencing frustration transforms good leaders into great leaders.
Before you do anything else, you need to clearly define exactly what your dreams or goals are. You need to be very specific. Motivation and energy is needed to keep you in a good direction. When it comes to manifesting out of dreams and accomplishing our goals, there are vital components that deserves our attention.
If you want your goals and dreams to became reality, you must move consistently and purposefully towards them. Definitely measure the distance where you are and where you want to be. Our responsibility is to narrow that distance until it is no longer existing.
To accomplish that, you need to lay your goals and dreams closer to people with potential and are able while simultaneously moving towards them. Remember that failure is part of learning, do not give up.
