Embassy holds photo exhibition

The event, which was held at the Mutare Polytechnic College, was part of a host of other cultural festivities that marked the International Day of Solidarity with the People of Palestine.
The collection takes the form of a social commentary seeking to highlight and address the unjust ills that the people if Palestine have been subjected to under occupation.
Using images that show and tell the story of the State of Palestine, Hadid sends a massage of hope to the people of Palestine.
“These images shed light on the realities of the tough Palestine situation.
“Maybe through them someone could make a move and a child’s dream come true,” said the Ambassador of the State of Palestine, His Excellency Hashem Dajan.
Hadid’s images are diverse and expressive, with composition that is objective.
He has more than 20 000 unique photos taken in Palestine, many of which have been published in local and international publications.
