FANS CAN’T WAIT FOR SHOW TO START

Sports Reporter

AFTER a three-month break, the Castle Lager Premiership is back this weekend.

And, for the fans, it’s back to the good times.

“It’s been a long wait, it even feels like five months,” said Abel Siwela, a Highlanders fan.

“There are some people who say that the PSL is boring and they have stopped going to watch it and it’s their view and we should respect that.

“But, for me, it’s what I like and while the football is not really up the levels of the past I can say that I have an addiction with the PSL and can’t wait to go back and watch it.

“Hopefully, after a long wait, Bosso will be champions and we have a good coach.”

Mark Pamhirwa, a CAPS United fan, said:

“The game is back and my prayer is that Lodza gives is a team which will win the league.

“It’s a special year for us because in 2004 we won the league under Mhlauri and established ourselves as the best team in the country.

“Now, this is exactly 20 years after that achievement and let’s honour the boys who won that league wit another title.

“We can do it.”

Obert Kembo, a DeMbare fan, said:

“We starting with the tough game against Highlanders but after that we should be okay. I like the PSL and can’t wait to go to the stadium.

“Hopefully, they will allow us to drink our beer this season because at the beginning of last season this brought more fans to the stadiums.”
