FARMHOUSE RAIDERS NAILED Bolt-cutter gang busted in Marondera

B-Metro Reporter

THREE suspected serial thieves have finally hit a dead end after police in Marondera arrested them for a farmhouse break-in and an earlier robbery targeting a senior citizen.

Chrispen Muronda (36), Jamson Musiiwa (38), and Guza Ngoma (43) were nabbed on 1 May after they allegedly broke into a house at Plot 5, Carolina Farm. The loot included a motorcycle, speaker, jacket, shoes, and US$360.

Cops say the trio used a bolt-cutter to force entry — a tool now in police custody along with the recovered stolen goods.

But that’s not all — detectives have linked the gang to an April robbery in which a 65-year-old woman was targeted in the same area.

From break-ins to beatdowns, their crime spree is over.
