THE Chidzomba Foundation and Earth Movers have announced plans to train about 2 000 youths in earth moving machinery for free.
The initiative is aimed at complementing the Government’s efforts in the growth and development of the nation.
It is also aimed at equipping the youth with lifelong skills and discouraging drug and illicit substances abuse.
Thomas Chidzomba, chief executive of the Chidzomba Foundation, believes the youths are the leaders of tomorrow and must be given a shot in the arm to make a difference in their lives.
The foundation intends to leave no stone unturned in its quest to equip the youth for a better future.
“I have always had a passion to play a leading role in the development of our country.
“We are leaving no stone unturned in our quest to equip these youths so that they don’t indulge in drug and illicit substance abuse,” said Chidzomba.
