THE boy is mine!

Two player agents are at loggerheads over the transfer deal ofA former Chicken Inn striker Michelle Katsvairoas to South African Absa giants Kaizer Chiefs.

Local player agent Gibson Mahachi was reported by a South African agent Nico Mbonani to that countryas premier league Dispute Resolution Chamber for unfair tactics.

Mbonani claims he was the first to alert Kaizer Chiefs on Katsvairo and agreed terms for the player with the club but was then excluded when the deal was about to be concluded.

a?I had the playeras terms regarding how much he was going to earn and stuff,a? he told South Africaas Soccer Laduma.

But Mahachi says there is no such thing and he will stand his ground in front of the panel.

a?It is his own right to do that as long he can prove that he deserves to get something. Let him do what he wants. It boggles the mind because he does not have an agreement with Katsvairo or me,a? said Mahachi.

Mbonani insists that he was cut out of the deal.

a?We were ready to conclude the deal and suddenly, I was excluded. When I first met the player and spoke to him, it was in February. He said he had no agent at the time. It was towards the end of March, after the interest in him from Chiefs,a? he added.

A source close to Katsvairo told B-Metro Sport that Kaizer Chiefs had dismissed Mbonanias case.

a?They dismissed his case. Mbonani has never met Katsvairo face to face. He has no agreement with the player he only had a telephone conversation with the player,a? said the source.

Katsvairo has had a good start to his career at Chiefs scoring once and getting praise from head coach Steve Komphela.

He moved to the Absa Premiership giants from Chicken Inn alongside Edmore Chirambadare. Both players had impressed in the Caf Champions League first round fixture against Mamelodi Sundowns.
