THE wife of a Gokwe businessman fled from home after suspected invisible beings sucked her breasts and private parts.
She reportedly fled her matrimonial home last week after she felt she could not endure being molested by goblins.
“This thing started last year in September when her husband got traditional medicine for his business to flourish. But after a month she would wake up feeling tired as if she had sex. Even if her husband had not had sex with her or even if he was away on a business trip she would complain of the attack,”said a source.
Prophets have tried helping her but all in vain.
“She visited about five prophets but the goblins would stop for a few days and start all over again. She has spent a large chunk of money on prophets and at one point she paid with a goat,” she said.
She engaged Mica Mandiya the village head for help.
“She asked him to talk to her husband so as to find ways to get rid of the goblins,” said a source.
The village head confirmed the incident.
“I’m handling a difficult issue where a businessman’s wife fled her home saying she was sexually abused by goblins that belonged to her husband. At the moment we are in the process of finding ways to engage her husband so as to find a solution,” he said.
Her husband said she was now staying at the village head’s homestead as they try to work something out.
“She’s temporarily staying at village head Mandiya’s homestead because there is something that is not well at home,” he said.
