Gospel artiste Dzvairo back with third offering

A MUTARE-based artiste who recently released his third album has hailed experience as the best teacher, saying the new project shows how he is becoming better every time.
Clever Dzvairo’s new six-track album is called Kudenga Kuna Mwari and it serves as a reminder to all Christians that God is watching their every move and that everyone is awaiting judgement one day.

Said Dzvairo: “I am excited about this new project because it is clear evidence of how I have improved in my music career. Despite having been released last month, the album is already enjoying airplay on Radio Zimbabwe and National FM and the feedback I am getting from my fans is so motivating. Now I know that experience is the best teacher.

“In this album, I was trying to warn Christians against leading vile lives as they will face judgement from God. The third song Mune hanya speaks of how God remains steadfast despite being let down by people all the time. The other song, Tariro chronicles how Christians’ aspirations to have one-on-one experiences with God are possible if they persevere in keeping His precepts,” he said.

His first and second albums are Chinangwa and Shoko Renguva.

Apart from financial constraints, Dzvairo revealed that his other challenge in making his music popular is the fact that he does not have a manager to help him in his work.
The 34-year-old musician is a member of the Evangelism Revival Life ministries and usually acts as a curtain raiser to the Charambas when they stage their shows.
