BUDDING gospel artiste, Ellen Anderson has released her much-awaited album, Nguva yamwari, which is pregnanted with soulful tracks.The 10-track album comprises praise and worship songs which include, Ndichaimbira Jehovha, Chisimbiso, Kutsauswa, Murume, Farai Munashe, Mirira, Seiko, Mufundisi, Bhuku reupenyu and With God.
Anderson, who is mother to effervescent producer, Olin, revealed that forgotten gospel musician, Lawrence Haisa and Blessing Shumba feature on the album and would continue working with them.
She said the album was inspired by trials and tribulations she has encountered in her life as a pastor.
“Basically, the album carries songs that inspire people to soldier on and remain steadfast during trying times. It is always important to trust in God,” she said.
Lawrence Haisa features on a potential hit, Ndichaimbira Jehovha.
“I believe this song is going to be a hit. The booming voice of Pastor Haisa makes the song unique,” added Anderson.
She said she was already working on a DVD album that would carry songs on this album.
“We will continue to give our fans something to smile about. We hope to release the DVD album in March this year,” she said.0
