Handball trials set

THE Zimbabwe Handball Federation will this month hold trials for the Under-18 and Under-20 in preparation for the International Handball Federation (IHF) Trophy Zone VI Youth and Junior Men’s tournament.

The trials will be held in Harare and Bulawayo.

In Harare, the trials are scheduled for January 17 and 18, and for Bulawayo, they will run from January 23 to 24.

ZHF technical director Bekezela Ncube said they are looking at 40 players for each group.

The regional tournament is due to take place in April.
