Tadiwanashe’s results have been trending on social media platforms since A-Level results came out last week. Although he has been praised for his achievement, some people believe 10 subjects at A-Level is a waste of time.

He is a genius, but I recommend that students do not spend so much energy doing more than three subjects. Universities only consider two subject passes. Schools should do more innovative projects with such learners. Having more than three subjects does not give you an added advantage at university. – Tsitsi Chataika.

I am sorry my dear boy that even after doing what you loved, defied all odds and nailed it, people are still calling you a failure. Welldone Tadiwanashe. I personally think munhu unofanira kuzvipusha to the limits. It’s not about getting a degree always, but learning to some people is a hobby. People are different and have different strengths. Some are fascinated by knowledge, so it’s good. I know these are not professional qualifications, but even if he becomes a doctor or an engineer, he also understands the economy, business, etc. When we were growing up, some kids could even play all sports, soccer, volleyball, tennis, but some of us were not that good. Some love music, some love to worship and all those mental stuff. People should know that people are different. And besides we now know him don’t we? He is gonna get vast opportunities for this, just watch the space. He had time and the capacity to do that. – Labson Takudzwa.

It was unique long ago, these days we hustle for money not As, anyway well done boy. – Daniel Heart.

That is why tisina kwatosvika senyika. We are obsessed with many As, many rooms, many cars, many beers, many wives, many boyfriends, many unnecessary symbols of greatness. What we need are enough As to get the “job” done, not 10 As where three do the job. Just saying. Congrats. – Baba TanyaWashe.

I do not think anyone is jealous of this young lad, but the question is zvigodini. Why 10 subjects, what for? Why didn’t he get guidance to just pick four or five? I hope he had a life because he may look back otoona kuti he missed out on his high school years. Life needs balance. Hopefully, no one talks him into doing more than one degree. – Mai Lo.

Well done, I hope this gets you a scholarship at MIT or any Ivy League. I hope you also make time for your social life while you prepare for your next stage. Most jobs require you to be able to interact and communicate your intelligence to the board, so I hope you work on that side as well. – Lah T Riva Nyahwa.

Haaa this is complete madness. It shows a lack of direction and career guidance. Shuwa 10 As kuti uzono specialiser with one degree at college. – Tadiewah Nashy.
