Today the court will hear four criminal appeals from the lower courts before sitting the following day to hear the partly heard case of Shareck Sibanda and Njabulo Ndlovu, who raped a United College of Education student before allegedly murdering her escort. They have pleaded not guilty to the charge although they came on pleas of guilty to the rape charge.
