High rainfall recorded in Nyanga, Hwedza

Hwedza and Nyanga received 8 mm and 44 mm of rain respectively, as the country continues to receive isolated thunderstorms.
The Meteorological Services Department said it was briefly cloudy and mild over much of Manicaland province and Mashonaland Central on Friday with clear skies in the rest of the country.
The department said partly cloudy conditions are expected in the western regions of the country on Saturday, with a chance of isolated thundershowers in the afternoon.
It advised members of the public to stay indoors during thunderstorms.
