Infant dies after falling into hot water bucket

A six-month-old baby girl died on Friday after falling into a 20-litre hot water bucket in Kambuzuma, Harare.

The infant’s mother had left the bucket near a couch where she was sitting.

National police spokesperson, Commissioner Paul Nyathi said, “The ZRP reports a tragic incident in which a six-month-old baby died upon admission at a Harare hospital after falling inti a 20-litre bucket filled with hot water on November 15 in Kambuzuma 5, Harare.
