INLINE Academy will be oozing confidence ahead of their last game of the season when they take on New Orleans this weekend having already clinched the Zifa Southern Region womena��s title.

The teama��s impressive display this season did not go unnoticed as Mighty Warriors coach, Shadreck Mlauzi also picked a handful of players from the team in his preparations of the Africa Womena��s Cup of Nations (AWCON).

a�?We give thanks to the Lord and the team is happy as we have managed to seal the league race with one game left,a�? said Inline Academy coach, Boka Ndebele.

Ndebele added that preparations for next season would start as soon as they learn if the Super League would be formed.

The Super League is expected to see womena��s football going national like the mena��s Premier Soccer League.

a�?We will also be hoping to improve our game for next season in some parts that we think are lacking,a�? said Ndebele.

With most of his first team players out on national duty, the coach said it was something that he was not worried aboutA� as they had equally competitive players who can fit into the starting eleven for their weekend encounter.

Meanwhile, the league which is officially on its last match day this weekend is likely to be extended as teams like Hwange Ladies and Borrow Jets have more than two fixtures that they are yet to fulfill.

a�?Hearts of Oak want to postpone their game against Magwegwe citing fatigue in their players after travelling to Hwange last week,a�? said league fixtures secretary Lee Mangena.
