RHUMBA and maskandi lovers in the mining town of Gwanda are in for a treat this Friday as two of the country’s celebrated acts, Insimbi ZeZhwane and Zinjaziyamluma, take to the stage for a live performance.
The much-anticipated show will be held at Phoenix Shisanyama, located in the heart of the town, and is expected to draw a large crowd of music enthusiasts.
The event will be hosted by Rich Flavour, with the decks manned by prominent DJs SJ Virus, DJ Teezah, and DJ Keitho.
DJ Keitho, Phoenix Shisanyama’s entertainment manager, confirmed the preparations for the show.
“We are ready to host Insimbi ZeZhwane and Zinjaziyamluma. Every weekend, we try to offer our big clientele a variety of genres, and this show will mark our final event for November. People should come ready to celebrate as we usher in the party month of December,” said DJ Keitho.
Music lovers in Gwanda are encouraged to attend and enjoy the unique sounds of rhumba and maskandi in what promises to be a memorable night.
