MUTARE’S top gymnasium Jade Studio has broken new ground after adding on a wide range of fitness activities under the tutelage of internationally trained training instructors, Post Sport has learnt.The package, which was launched last Saturday at the Number 25, Park Road, Jade Studio premises in Mutare is expected see local body fitness enthusiasts thronging the up-to-the-minute gym in their numbers.
In an interview this week, Jade Studio proprietor John Mungwari confirmed the developments, saying their prime aim is to maintain pole position in provision of a trendy fitness centre in the eastern border city.
“We have had a number of fitness activities that has helped us win the hearts and minds of a good number of body fitness enthusiasts in Mutare. However, we thought it prudent that we also keep up with the ever-changing trends hence the addition of a wide range of fitness activities under the tutelage of internationally trained training instructors.
“Zumba, Taeboo, Body Pump, Crossfit, Hip Hop Abbs, Lat and Dance are some of the fitness activities that we are now actively into. It is also worth noting that we have revived a rebranded aerobics class that will see instructors taking on their hourly classes at 5am and 6.30am, while an evening class will run from 6pm.
“As always, we are still providing body massages and nutrition courses. Apart from our client friendly services and environment, we pride ourselves in being easily accessible at 25 Park Road,” said Mungwari.
Jade Studio has of late gone out of their way to conduct some bodybuilding competitions such as the Jade Studio Invitational bodybuilding contest which is normally held in October.
