“There must be a restructuring exercise at the club whereby an executive must be put in place which consists of chairperson, secretary general, treasurer and five committee members.
“This brings professionalism to the club, which I believe is lacking currently. The board should only look for sponsors to alleviate the burden of financing the club rather than relying on two people.”
Japajapa believes CAPS have quality players but they lack a good coach who can instill the Green Machine spirit into the team.
