Latest: Lovemore Moyo’s driver dies from accident injuries

THE driver of MDC-T national chairman Lovemore Moyo has died after succumbing to injuries he sustained in an accident that occurred on Saturday night 18 October.

Vumani Mahlangu passed away on Sunday morning at United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH).

Mahlangu, Moyo, his aide Artwell Sibanda and Melisa Mabeza were seriously injured when a Mazda BT50 they were travelling in was involved in a head-on collision with a truck along the Chivhu-Mvuma stretch of the Harare-Beitbridge highway.

The accident occurred when the now deceased Mahlangu, who was driving, tried to avoid hitting a cow that was on the road.
