LIGHTHOUSE INSTITUTE A FORMIDABLE POWERHOUSE

LIGHTHOUSE Institute has transformed into a formidable academic powerhouse over the years.

It aims to spread its tentacles right across the Chitungwiza Educational District and beyond.

The school has opened a second state-of-the-art educational campus at Zengeza 4, after its Manyame Campus.

Principal John Dzafunwa leads the Manyame Campus while Reverend Maxwell Mangwende is the Principal at Lighthouse Institute in Zengeza 4.

Since its inception in 2009, the school has remained rooted in producing well-rounded individuals who fit well into society, be it national or international.

Emphasis has remained pinned on churning out disciplined and well-cultured critical thinkers and problem solvers.

Our academic excellence speaks for itself as illustrated by our public examination results which are already in the public domain – 92 percent for O-Level and a 100 percent pass rate for A-Level 2025 results.

With a current joint enrolment of over 950 learners, Lighthouse Institute is only glad to be partnering the Government of Zimbabwe in the provision of quality, relevant and inclusive education to the children of our motherland.

Buoyed by our spectacular academic results throughout the years, we will be enrolling Lower Sixth Pure Sciences this year.

As a school, we are alive to the fact that not all our children are academically gifted so we also seek to identify and nurture their non-academic talents in the arts and sports as well.

Ever since its inception in 2009, the school has remained rooted in producing well-rounded individuals who fit well into society, be it national or international. Emphasis has remained pinned on churning out disciplined and well-cultured, critical thinkers and problem solvers.

The state-of-art storey buildings are a centre of attraction coupled by the good quality educational standard, and above all good behaviour.

Lighthouse Institute is championing the road rehabilitation process from its Manyame Park Campus to Zengeza and this is benefiting the school staff and the community at large who are grappling with the effects of bad roads in the area.
