It seems content creator, Louisa, has limited supporters on social media in the case in which she is facing a legal action from the Nyathi family.
Despite providing “juicy content” for a digital audience, the same crowd has refused to stand with Louisa in a looming legal battle with Gilbert and Joyce Nyamhanhindi.
On January 10, the Nyathi family filed papers against Louisa, demanding a retraction of her comments regarding their private issues.
Tensions escalated when Louisa seemed to align herself with Mai Nyathi in the ongoing feud, prompting the couple to unite against her.
Represented by their South Africa-based lawyers, Mahuntsi Attorneys Incorporated, the Nyathi family is seeking not only a retraction but also a public apology and an immediate halt to all defamatory statements made by Louisa.
They gave her a 72-hour deadline to comply.
The lawsuit follows Louisa’s appearance on DJ Ollah’s podcast on January 9, where she made allegations of Gilbert’s infidelity.
Following her remarks, public opinion has largely rallied in favour of the Nyathi family, with many readers calling for Louisa’s arrest as a consequence for airing their private matters.
Opinions aamong readers are divided, with some even demanding DJ Ollah face repercussions for providing a platform for Louisa’s statements.
