MADRID. — Sergio Ramos has launched into Cristiano Ronaldo and said he is “f****d off” after being substituted during Real Madrid’s 2-2 draw against Levante on Saturday night.
The Real Madrid skipper even laid some of the blame at the feet of manager Zinedine Zidane. The Spanish La Liga soccer champions lost further ground on league leaders Barcelona after they conceded a last-minute equaliser away to Levante.
However, when the visitors were 2-1 up, Ronaldo was substituted before they let slip the maximum points. And Real skipper Ramos was raging after the game because of the embarrassing result.
“Cristiano is f****d off like everyone because we all want to help as much as possible and when we cannot it’s tough,” Ramos said.
“We must continue working and thinking about the match that we have left before the Champions League.” — BBC Sport.
