MAGESI INVITE CAPS TRIO FOR TRIALS

SOUTH African Premiership side, Magesi, have invited the CAPS United trio of Juan Mutudza, Sean Mzinde and Wesley Milanzi for trials.

The trio left the country yesterday and Makepekepe are expecting them to return next week.

The Limpopo side are said to have sent their scouts who have been following these players with keen interest.

Magesi are looking to inject more life into their current squad after they finished in 13th place last season. The club is home to goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze, who is the captain of the team ,and forgotten Warrior, Edmore Chirambadare.

Milanzi and Mzinde are defenders and Mutudza is a midfielder.

“We, MAGESI FC, request MZINDE SHAWN for assessment in the hope of signing him with our team for the next season if he impresses us.

“All necessary documentation in relation to work permit shall be processed accordingly by the above office. We have been following his progress and we think he would play an important role in our team.

“We will expect him in Polokwane sometime in the last week of June or the first week of July,” reads one of the three similar letters that were sent to CAPS United by Magesi.

CAPS United responded:

“We acknowledge receipt of your invitation for the aforementioned player and appreciate the opportunity. The player is also key and a valuable member of our squad, we are willing to grant him release for the assessment.

“The player will be available from Monday, the 7th, to Friday, the 11th of July, 2025. We expect the player to report back to the club no later than Friday evening or Saturday morning, July 12th, 2025, at the latest. Thank you for the established business relationship. We look forward to the future.”
