FORMER Dynamos and Warriors midfielder Justice Majabvi says DeMbare will need to come up with a solid game plan against Zesco United in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round set for this Saturday.
Dynamos carry a 1-0 lead from the first leg courtesy of a first half goal by Tanaka Shandirwa.
Zesco will now host Dynamos at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola, Zambia on Saturday.
Majabvi believes the fixture is a tough assignment for Dynamos.
“I think Dynamos did very well in the first leg. It was a tough assignment considering that they were playing against an organised Zesco. But, getting a goal in the first half of the game and managing to maintain the scoreline was another improvement considering how they were performing in the domestic league.
“It’s much trickier for Dynamos in the second leg. Zesco will be playing at home and they will definitely be looking to overturn the deficit, but a good game plan and approach will make it easier for DeMbare without putting themselves under pressure. They need to stick to their game plan, they already know the opponent,” said Majabvi.
Dynamos are making a return to Africa after a 10-year hiatus.
Should they sail past Zesco, DeMbare will play either Botswana representatives Orapa United or Foresters of Seychelles.
The two sides are delicately balanced after they drew 1-1 in a first-leg tie in Seychelles last weekend.
