Malema ridicules Zuma

Supporters of Malema ally, premier Cassel Mathale, fighting to retain his position as the party’s provincial chairman, sang “showara wa re sokodisa” (the shower man is giving us a hard time).
Malema sat on stage and “fervently joined in the singing, holding his hand over his head to symbolise a shower head” the newspaper reported.

The song was in reference to Zuma’s 2006 rape trial in which he told the Johannesburg high court that he had a shower after having unprotected sex with his HIV-positive accuser. Zuma was found not guilty.

The shower image was created by cartoonist Zapiro who is being sued by Zuma for R5 million after he depicted Zuma with a shower growing out of his head during and after the trial.
Malema is currently appealing a five-year suspension from the youth league after he was found to have brought the party into disrepute. —  Sapa.
