A USED what?
A man from Bona area in Inyathi beat the hell out of his wife after finding a used condom in her handbag.
Hlanganani Ncube (37) found the used rubber when he searched his wife Sihle Moyoa��s (31) bag looking for his cellphone which had gone missing.
The condom was carefully wrapped with a newspaper cutting to prevent its contents from spilling.
Ncubea��s mind raced and he demanded answers from Moyo who said she had no clue where the condom came from.
An argument ensued and Ncube lost his cool as he beat his wife with a knobkerrie accusing her of being promiscuous.
He was reported to the police and has since appeared before magistrate on circuit at Inyathi, Temba Chimiso, facing physical abuse charges.
The court heard that Moyo bled profusely and was rushed to Inyathi District Hospital.
Lungisani Dube appeared for the State and Ncube was remanded out of custody to 4 August for sentencing.
