HARARE City coach, Taurai Mangwiro, says he will be targeting maximum points when they take on Triangle tomorrow.
Mangwiro will be coming up against his former paymasters.
“We have Triangle on Saturday, we play at a place we call home, which we have sadly failed to use to our advantage, in the past few games.
“We hope we will be able to turn things around this time.
“We are up against a team that has done better than us so far and we need to play catch-up.
“Being my former team, obviously, it’s always difficult when you play your former team.
“I was with Triangle for five years and enjoyed my time there and, at Harare City, it hasn’t been the best start.
“But, I believe there is a time for everything and I feel now is the time for us to resuscitate our campaign and finish the campaign on a higher note.”
He will be without some of the players who have been powering his team.
“We’ve had our leading goalscorer, Emmanuel Mandiranga, leaving the club and our regular defender, Colin Mujuru, also left and we have injuries to key players.
“Wilfred Muvirimi, Innocent Sambezi are injured and we are still assessing Timothy January and we hope to welcome back our goalkeeper Kelvin Shangiwa.”
