SCOTTLAND’S impressive run of form in June has been rewarded with coach Norman Mapeza and captain Knowledge Musona being named the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Coach and Player of the Month respectively.

The duo played a key role as the defending champions enjoyed a flawless month, winning all six of their league matches to strengthen their grip at the top of the table.

Musona continued to underline his importance to the champions with a string of influential performances in front of goal. The former Warriors captain has now taken his league tally to eight goals this season, firmly establishing himself among the league’s leading scorers.
