Mata to be flogged again

LONDON. — Jose Mourinho is set to flog Juan Mata AGAIN. Everton are preparing a sensational £20million swoop for the Manchester United play-maker, according to reports. The Spaniard has reportedly been told that he has no future at Old Trafford under new United boss Mourinho. Mata’s days at United appear to be numbered because of the arrival of new manager Mourinho.

The Portuguese sold Mata to United in January 2014 for £37m because he said playing Mata did not work in the system he was trying to play at Chelsea.

The signing of the 28-year-old would be seen as a major statement of intent from new Toffees’ boss Ronald Koeman. Mourinho said in September 2013: “It is one thing to play with Ramires and Oscar closing down opponents on each side, and Mata as a No. 10 behind a striker with his clever assists, clever passes and fantastic actions because he has great talent. — The Sun.
