programme dubbed “Jobs, Upliftment, Investment, Capital and Environment” or JUICE would now be unveiled in a fortnight.
“We postponed the event because we realised that we had just had another high profile event over the weekend so we decided to have it at a later date probably in the next two weeks.
“We are also busy preparing for the wedding (Prime Minister Tsvangirai’s union with Elizabeth Macheka) that will be held over the weekend,” he said.

Another MDC-T programme called the Jobs, Upliftment, Investment and Participation suffered a still birth with insiders saying the blueprint was hurriedly put together and would be difficult to implement outside Government structures.
Recent surveys by Freedom House, and Afrobarometer revealed that MDC-T was losing ground to Zanu-PF because of its lack of clarity on policies it would pursue if it were to govern the country.
Another NGO, the Zimbabwe Vigil based in the UK also released survey results that indicated Zanu-PF was increasingly becoming popular, while the MDC-T’s support was taking a nosedive.
The study noted that Zanu-PF’s empowerment policies through the land reform programme; indigenisation and economic empowerment and its stance on sovereignty and non-interference in the country’s affairs had endeared the party to the electorate.
It also said the change mantra, preached by MDC-T since its formation had lost steam.
This was no longer appealing to the majority of voters.
