Mugadza, Chafesuka scoop prestigious performance award

MUTARE City Council Town Clerk, Mr Blessing Chafesuka scooped the Best Performer in the Town Clerks/CEOs Urban Local Authorities Category at the Performance Contracts Signing and Awards Ceremony at the Harare International Conference Center today.

The event which was presided over by President Mnangagwa, saw Minister of State for Manicaland Provincial Affairs and Devolution Advocate Misheck Mugadza being named the first runner-up, while Secretary for Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Mr Abiot Maronge was named second runner-up secretary of the year.
