CHITUNGWIZA-BASED singer, rapper and songwriter Tinashe ’Mugaratia’ Magaragada says he is set to release a game-changing album on November 1.
He has dubbed it ‘Pemurai Dzose.’
The album is being produced by Tanto Wavie alongside Clef Jones.
Mugaratia said he’s not sure how many tracks will be carried on his album.
His song ‘Tsuri’ won him many fans.
In an interview with H-Metro, Mugaratia said:
‘’My album is meaningful, joyful, vibes on vibes and this album has mixed vibes – Afro beat, Zim Hip Hop and other sounds.
‘’My life inspired me to make this album.
‘’Here is the breakdown of the title ‘Pemurai Dzose.’
“Pemurai roughly translates to my strength.
“Dzose means all or everything and, when combined, ‘‘Pemurai Dzose’ can be interpreted to mean that my strength is in everything or my power is in all things.
“In a broader sense, the phrase could be seen as a declaration of resilience, confidence and faith in one’s abilities.
‘“This album is different because it’s a powerful acknowledgement of an individual’s inner strength and capacity to navigate life’s challenges.”
