GEMS will tonight get down to business as they open their Celtic International Cup campaign against Northern Ireland in Glasgow, Scotland.

Ropafadzo Mutsauki’s girls have been in the UK since last week playing Wales in Cardiff twice in world ranking matches which they lost 50-42 and 62-41 respectively.

They expect to correct whatever mistakes they made in that double tie when they play Northern Ireland Warriors at 10pm.

Mutsauki has since promised the nation positive results.

“I think we are in a good spot to be able to get the results that everyone desires,” she said. “The girls are raring to go and everything is looking good.”

Blessing Kahari and Nobukhosi Ndlovu are injured and will not join the team.
