NEW: Men should be industrious

Brian Matsaira

EVERY man must be trained to be industrious.

Today you see parents allowing a male child to spend time sleeping or watching certain kinds of series and movies.

This is the wrong way to raise a male child.

Men who are raised this way typically show feminine traits.

We all know that it is natural for women to be raised inside the house, as they are trained to manage the house (although not exclusively).

We are now seeing men that are being raised the same way as women.

These men tend to struggle when faced with “manly” duties. They cannot do anything outside the house.

They do not want to leave the house.

When they grow up they do not want to work in the industries or in jobs that require hard labour.

They do not want to do anything that requires the use of power.

They just want to do easy things.

In most cases this can be traced back to how they were raised by their parents or guardians.

So, many parents are destroying the future of their sons in their early years by promoting a culture of laziness in their sons.

Such parents do not want their sons to do garden work, or anything that appears to be laborious. But as men, we were created with a masculine frame for a reason.

It is not good for a man to want to spend hours in the mirror, being too concerned about how he looks.

Cosmetics, pedicures and manicures are not for men!

This is a sign that shows that the man has been over-exposed to feminine energy.

It’s not surprising such a man will start hating what men are typically supposed to be liking.

A man must be comfortable with gardening, if he was raised the right way.

A man must be hands-on if he was raised the right way.

A man must be practical if he was raised the right way.

Today you see men that can literally die of hunger.

They cannot use their hands.

They have no liking for anything practical.

They just want to sit there as if they are children.

We are now seeing men now being more concerned about how they look, instead of them being concerned about how they should earn.

A man must not be ashamed of selling. He should not be ashamed of doing anything that brings money.

We have to start questioning where the shame that we are seeing in some men is coming from.

Today we are seeing men that are looking for protection from women, but we know that a man must protect his wife.

A man must provide security.

But, if he was raised to look for security when he is supposed to offer security, then we have a problem.

I have seen men who focus on sexual escapades, yet do nothing for a living.

No man should dare to enter the world of sex without a profession or a job.

How will you raise children if you cannot feed yourself?

A foolish man skips stages in life.

He has pressure for sex, but he does not have pressure to earn an income.

That man was not raised the right way.

I have seen men that compete with women for marriage.

You will hear a man saying “my sister is married, so I must also get married”.

A woman can decide to get married at 18 if she wants to, and that can still be okay, but a man cannot make that decision.

Some women can be taken care of by men, so if an 18-year-old girl finds a man who wants to take care of her then there is nothing wrong with that.

An 18-year-old man must know that he is destined to take care of a woman, and he must work hard to make that happen.

Every man must be in a position to take care of his wife at any given time in life.

If a woman is also working and she is bringing an income, that is a welcome bonus, but the man has the core responsibility to provide for the family.

According to philosopher, Aristotle:

“The ideal age for marriage in men is 35. The ideal age for marriage for women is 18”

In today’s world people might think this is too much, but if we are to look at the context in which the book was written, all men were supposed to go for the military from the age of 18 up to 30.

So, Aristotle believed that maturity in men began at the age of 30 after a man had passed through military training.

The Romans believed that men were not supposed to marry before the age of 26, at the earliest.

This was because males were thought to be mentally unbalanced between the ages of 15-25. They were thought to be ruled entirely by their passions, and unable to make sound judgments.

Many men who marry before the age of 25 are likely to be promiscuous when they turn 30. Most of the time their decision to marry is entirely due to their passions (lust).

You see them regretting this decision as they grow older.

In conclusion, a man must learn responsibility first, before he thinks of marriage.

A man must be exposed to manly duties as he is growing, and he must be comfortable doing physical jobs.

A man must not be raised the same way girls are raised, if that happens he will hate duties that must be done by men when he becomes one.

A man was not given muscles for displaying purposes, but those muscles are there to define the duties he ought to be doing.
